Because NOW-N gives you instant access to AI-generated content, and every generation has a real cost to us, all payments are final and non-refundable. This applies to subscription payments, renewals, add-ons and one-off services.

Do not use any paid feature unless you are happy for the payment to stand. Once you have paid, we cannot issue a refund, whether or not you have used the platform.

Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial with full access. A card is required to start the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends you are not charged; otherwise your plan is billed automatically on day 4. Use the trial — not a refund — to decide if NOW-N is right for you.

You can cancel at any time from your account and keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for — you will simply not be charged again. Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund of payments already made.

One-off services such as video editing, strategy calls, coaching and done-with-you or done-for-you engagements are non-refundable. Digital products such as the Personal Brand Playbook are non-refundable once delivered.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. If a renewal charge catches you by surprise, contact us — we can help you cancel so you are not charged again, though the renewal itself is not refundable.

Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights you have under the law of your country of residence that cannot be excluded.
